This policy explains how ICOFFEE Egypt handles personal data when you browse our online store, create an account, place an order, or contact us. We receive information directly from you and through the store platform, payment providers, and delivery partners involved in your order. Browsing may also generate technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, interactions, and cookie identifiers, subject to applicable privacy settings and permissions.

For gifts, we use recipient details only as needed to deliver the gift and communicate about it. Please provide another person's details lawfully and inform them where appropriate. Receiving a gift does not subscribe the recipient to marketing.

The payment provider handles payment-method information according to the option selected. We receive information needed to follow up, reconcile, and support the transaction. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, or one-time passwords to customer support. We do not need your medical history to provide general ingredient information; please avoid sending unnecessary health information.

We use necessary information to receive, prepare, and deliver orders; administer accounts and payments; provide service updates; answer questions; and handle returns, refunds, and product-quality complaints. Rejecting optional uses does not prevent essential purchasing functions; blocking all cookies through your browser may affect some essential functions.

We send promotions through channels you have agreed to, such as email, text messages, or WhatsApp where used for that purpose. Withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link, the method explained in the message, or by contacting us. We stop the consent-based marketing use without undue delay and within applicable legal requirements.

Unsubscribing does not stop necessary messages about an existing order, delivery, refund, or product-safety issue. Requesting a back-in-stock notification does not subscribe you to unrelated campaigns.

Using Shopify or other providers may involve processing or access outside Egypt.

Such handling is subject to applicable Egyptian requirements, including licences or permits, protection assessments, consent where required, and appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. Account information is kept while needed for the account and subsequently as required by applicable law.

Marketing use continues while consent and a lawful need remain, and stops when the relevant consent is withdrawn. We may retain the lawful minimum needed to record and honour an opt-out. The store is not directed at children, and we do not ask children to create accounts or provide information for marketing. If we learn that children's data has been collected in circumstances requiring special consent or protection, we take appropriate action under applicable law, including verifying guardian consent or deleting data where required.
